Responsible RestartOhio - Operations at AmeriCenter of Dublin

Dear AmeriCenter of Dublin Clients,

Beginning on May 4, 2020, general office environments may reopen for business under the guidelines of Responsible RestartOhio. As a full-service workspace provider for many essential businesses, AmeriCenters remained open during the Stay-at-Home order with some alterations to operations. As the Stay-at-Home order has been modified to permit general office environments to reopen on Monday, May 4th, we would like to make sure you to know what to expect at AmeriCenters moving forward:

  • Return to Standard Onsite Staff Hours – We will have a staff member onsite from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

  • Access to Meeting Spaces  – We will be making the following changes to the access and use of our Meeting Spaces (Conference Rooms and Day Office):

    • Meeting space access will be permitted; however, we will be restricting the number of room occupants to comply with government mandated operating requirements. The maximum occupancy per room will be as follows:

      • Conference Room A – 6 Occupants

      • Conference Room B – 6 Occupants

      • Conference Room C – 4 Occupants

      • Day Office – 3 Occupants

    • Booking of the Meeting Room (Conference Rooms A & B with the wall removed) will not be permitted at this time.

    • We will move to a system of no touch check in and check out. Our staff will note the time you enter and leave your booked space. Clients will not be asked to sign in and out.

    • Our 24-hour cancellation requirement has been reinstated.

    • Please book your meeting spaces through our online room scheduler. Only use the meeting space you book and only for the timeframe you booked. Please be sure to tidy up and leave the meeting spaces in good condition upon the conclusion of your meeting.

  • Coffee Service Suspended – Coffee service will continue to be suspended to comply with public health official recommendations. We will continue to monitor public health recommendations and will reinstate the service when it is appropriate.

  • Janitorial Services – Our janitorial service will resume nightly office cleanings to vacuum offices and empty waste baskets. If you do not want janitorial services to enter your office, please place your waste basket in the hallway outside your door at the end of the day. This will allow the janitorial staff to empty your waste basket and will be their signal that you do not want them to enter your office.

  • Responsible RestartOhio Mandates and Recommendations – Please review and following mandates and recommendations provided by Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health:

    • Social Distancing (Mandatory) – Avoid close contact with others. You must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others.

    • Face Coverings (Mandatory) – Face coverings are required while in the common areas of the building. Our staff will be wearing face coverings while on the job. It is recommended that guests to the building wear face coverings as well.

    • Handwashing (Mandatory) – Wash your hands thoroughly and often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

    • Stay Home If You’re Sick (Mandatory) – If you are sick, you must stay home. If you have had symptoms similar to those of a COVID-19 infection, please self-quarantine until you have confirmed that your COVID-19 status is negative.

    • Limit Congregation in Common Areas (Recommended) – Please limit non-essential use of common areas within the building and avoid congregating in these areas for your safety and the safety of others.

    • Limit Non-Essential Visitors (Recommended) – Please limit your invitations to visitors. Limit your interactions to essential business.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are acting on guidance from public health experts. We care deeply about the safety of our community and are implementing these changes with that in mind. Let’s all do our part to keep our office community safe and healthy.

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. I am proud of the way our staff and community have supported each other during this challenging time. We truly appreciate the trust that you place in our team and our company.
