We’re Ready for You - Our Commitment to a Clean and Safe Workspace Environment

Dear AmeriCenter Clients,

We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy.

As government and public health officials have been developing a framework and timeline for all business sectors to return to work, we have been taking the necessary steps to ensure we are ready to welcome you all to a safe and clean environment. Below is an overview of some key components:

  • Cleaning & Common Surfaces:

    • Cleaning: Our janitorial service has been cleaning and disinfecting our building with an emphasis on thorough cleaning of touch points and key contact areas. They are using EPA registered disinfectant products.

    • Building HVAC: HVAC units have been inspected and serviced to ensure appropriate fresh air intake and air turnover. All air filters have been changed to ensure maximum protection and efficiency.

    • Carpet Disinfection: Carpet in all common areas has been cleaned and disinfected.

  • New Cleaning Technologies: We have installed NanoSeptic self-cleaning surfaces to high traffic public touch points. Powered by light, NanoSeptic surfaces utilize mineral nano-crystals which create a powerful oxidation reaction. Working 24/7, the surface continually oxidizes organic contaminants. Unlike traditional disinfectants and cleaners, the NanoSeptic surface uses no poisons, heavy metals or chemicals, and nothing is released from the surface since the nano-crystals are molecularly bonded to the material.

  • Social Distancing: We have installed plexiglass barriers as well as social distancing reminder markings at our front reception desk for the protection of our staff, clients and guests. In addition, we have provided all staff members with face coverings, which they will be wearing as required by government mandate.

  • Hand Sanitizing Station: A touch-free hand sanitizing station will be installed at our main entryway at each AmeriCenter building. These stations are on order and are expected to arrive near the end of June. Unprecedented demand has delayed their arrival.

As the events surrounding COVID-19 continue to evolve rapidly, we remain fully dedicated to the safety, health and well-being of our clients, guests and staff. While orders and mandates from government and public health officials have reduced our daily building visitors, we have remained open and have ensured the availability of all critical infrastructure (24/7 access to workspaces, telephone service, Internet service, meeting spaces, utilities, etc…) with some temporary changes to standard operations. To those who have continued to work during this time, we have been happy to see you and glad to have been able to continue to support you as your workspace provider.

We want our clients and guests to know that when the time comes for them to return to work, we will be ready to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment.
