Coffee Service and Meeting Spaces
Dear AmeriCenter Clients,
We are pleased to announce that our Coffee/Beverage Service has been resumed in our kitchen area. We have also returned to standard occupancy levels for all Meeting Spaces. Please review the details below:
Coffee/Beverage Service Resumed – Please stop by the kitchen for a fresh cup of coffee or tea at your convenience.
Water Fountain Use Permitted – Water fountains have been returned to normal working order and may be used at your convenience.
Access to Meeting Spaces – We have returned to standard occupancy levels for all of our Meeting Spaces (Conference Rooms and Day Office):
The maximum occupancy per room will be as follows:
Conference Room A – 12 Occupants
Conference Room B – 12 Occupants
Conference Room C – 6 Occupants
Day Office – 3 Occupants
Booking of the Meeting Room (Conference Rooms A & B with the wall removed) will be permitted; however, a minimum reservation time of 4 hours will be required for this meeting space. The maximum occupancy for this meeting space is 24 Occupants.
Please book your meeting spaces through our online room scheduler. Only use the meeting space you book and only for the timeframe you booked. Please be sure to tidy up and leave the meeting spaces in good condition upon the conclusion of your meeting.
We will continue our system of no touch check in and check out. Our staff will note the time you enter and leave your booked space. Clients will not be asked to sign in and out.
Please note - there is a 24-hour cancellation requirement for all meeting spaces.
