Additional Temporary Changes in Operations at Michigan Locations Due to Stay Home, Stay Safe Order

Dear AmeriCenter Clients,

The Governor of Michigan has issued a Stay Home, Stay Safe order commencing at 12:01am on Tuesday, March 24th and continuing through April 13th. In response, we will be altering our operations as follows:

  • Reduced Onsite Staff Hours – Our staff will switch to a reduced onsite schedule. Staff will be onsite from 9:00am – 10:00am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The primary staff responsibility during this timeframe will be to sort and distribute mail as this is an essential service. Otherwise, our staff will be working from home. If you have questions during our normal operational hours, you may reach a staff member by calling -

AmeriCenter of Troy – (248) 524-4888

AmeriCenter of Franklin/Southfield – (248) 358-6900

AmeriCenter of Livonia – (734) 591-7200

AmeriCenter of Bloomfield – (248) 452-5680

AmeriCenter of Novi – (248) 994-9800

  • Building Access – Effective immediately, we will be restricting the building access to Passcard access only. You will need a security Passcard to access the building at all times. Virtual Office Plan clients will be issued a Passcard upon request.

  • Mail Forwarding Service – If you are unable to retrieve your mail at this time, Mail Forwarding Service is available upon request. You will be responsible for postage and supply charges; however, we will waive the Administrative Fee for mail forwarding at this time.

Rest assured if you operate an essential business, you will continue to have access to our facility and all critical services.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are acting on guidance from public health experts. We care deeply about the safety of our community and are implementing these changes with that in mind.
